ISLAND, THE WEEKND SPEND WEEKEND ON ISLAND

Island U.K. ruler Darcus Beese welcomes The Weeknd to a music fest and retreat at Osea Island in the South of England. The artist arrived via helicopter for a special performance, and there was a BBQ, a campfire and a nice game of Rounders, a British predecessor of baseball that’s somehow more obscure than cricket. Among those seen here, just before getting stoned as a newt, are The Weeknd’s team members Sal, Cash and La Mar; Island’s Steve Pitron, Phil Witts, Becky Richardson, Alex Boateng, Hayley Marchant, Olivia Nunn and Jon Turner; Universal International’s Brian Sutnick; and Mike Alexander, and artists Petite Meller and Jack Garratt.
