MUSIC BIZ BUSTS OUT A NEW AWARD, AND JACK’S NAME IS ON IT

Jack White will receive the Music Business Association’s (Music Biz) inaugural Innovator Award for his achievement with his latest album Lazaretto and the vinyl ULTRA LP, which is hailed as “an exceptional work that uniquely marries classic art and current technology.”

The Award will be presented during the Music Biz 2015 Business Session at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel a week from today at 8:30 a.m., which is on the early side for Jack. But he’ll probably set his analog alarm clock to make sure he’s up on time.
