Latium Entertainment CEO Charles Chavez celebrates his new JV deal with RCA and Sony International by posing with Nipper toppers Peter Edge and Tom Corson and Sony International Chairman/CEO Edgar Berger, all of whom subsequently headed for a South Beach foam party.
Chavez and team manage Pitbull and signed and developed Magic!, Frankie J and other artists; under the deal, Latium will serve as label (with Sony veteran Alex Chavez as head of A&R), management firm and pubco.
"We are thrilled to expand this partnership and continuing breaking artists around the world," said Edge. Berger noted that "Charles has a great track record of identifying hit songs and guidling globally successful artists."
