Sony goes up against Apple with new devices

WALK LIKE A ’MAN: Sony is hoping yet again to take a bite out of Apple with the launch of a new generation of portable hardware, the Wall Street Journal reported. According to sources, the Japanese giant is developing a smartphone capable of downloading PlayStation games, as well as a multifunction device that would act as a netbook, e-book reader and PSP game system, going head to head with the iPad.
