RING THEM BELLS: Broken Bells, the new, Ian Montone-managed super duo formed by The Shins’ James Mercer and producer/Gnarls Barkley member Brian “Danger Mouse” Burton, are the latest to dive headfirst into the HITS Vibe-Raters pool, with “The High Road,” the first track from their self-titled album, which hits retail tomorrow. currently ripping it up at Triple A and crossing to PoMo.
