EX-MTV’ERS JOIN OPRAH: Oprah Winfrey cable network OWN chief Christina Norman has recruited three of her ex-MTV programming execs in Rod Aissa, Michele Dix and Drew Tappon to join her team. Aissa and Dix are expected to head up primetime programming and development for OWN, while Tappon will focus on building original content for daytime. Aissa most recently was an exec at Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Films, but during his long run at MTV, he helped put in motion the signature series The Osbournes and Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica, among others. Dix has been a consultant at OWN for the past seven months, after previously serving as SVP of music and talent development for MTV/VH1. Tappon comes from Warner Horizon Television, and was at MTV in several roles, including SVP of original programming and series such as Real World and Road Rules. (3/11p)
