RIHANNA HITS THE ROAD: Fresh off a huge hit single, “Rude Boy,” Rihanna will embark on a Live Nation-promoted, 25-city, “Last Girl on Earth” tour with opening acts Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj, starting July 2 at Seattle’s White River Amphitheatre through August 25 at the United Center in Chicago. She’ll play L.A.’s Staples Center on July 21 and N.Y.’s Madison Square Garden Aug. 12. Tickets go on sale starting April 9 at www.livenation.com. The diva’s European leg starts April 16 in Antwerp, Belgium. She will perform on Fox’s American Idol this Wednesday (4/7). (4/5p)
