WHAT’S PAGE SIX INTO $400K? This morning’s Page Six lead results from one of the section’s snoops having discovered papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court by UMG seeking a judge's permission to allow Justin Bieber to record his next album in the city. (He's a minor, so a judge has to make sure no one takes advantage of him.) The 16-year-old signed a two-record music publishing deal in December and is getting a $400k advance on the first CD, according to the Post's Dareh Gregorian, who mistakenly referred to it as a "record deal." Bieber is "providing his services as a recording artist in recording studios located in New York City," the filing says. Universal also tells the judge not to worry— “the foregoing services rendered by the minor shall not, however, require excessive time as to interfere with the minor's education and welfare." Gregorian wasn’t able to ferret out the amount of the kid’s weekly allowance, however. This just in: Look for Bieber on Oprah this Tuesday (5/11), where he'll sit down with the Queen of Chat and perform his hit single, "Baby." (5/7a)
