Q RESTARTS HERE: Former Island, RCA, Virgin, Warner Bros. and EMI exec Phil Quartararo will team up with veteran talent manager Patrick Hughes to form Management Period, a full-service agency that will represent clients in the TV, film and music fields, from Arturo Sandoval and Marie Digby to reality TV fashionista Janice Dickenson. “The common denominator where entertainment and consumer meet is the brand," says co-founder Phil Q. "Branded entertainment is the reason we started this company as a true one-stop shop for an artist, their brand, and the vision that connects the two.
