Sex Pistol Returns

THE RETURN OF JONESY’S JUKEBOX: Sex Pistol founding member Steve Jones’ groundbreaking Jonesy’s Jukebox is back on terrestrial radio. The show will debut on KROQ L.A. this Sunday (10/10/10) from 7-9 p.m., and continue in that time slot. Said CBS SVP Programming and KROQ PD Kevin Weatherly about the influential program, which was launched on the now-defunct Indie 103.1: “Steve is punk rock royalty and a proven tastemaker. I’m thrilled that Jonesy’s Jukebox can now be heard alongside KROQ Locals Only, Loveline and Rodney on the Roq Sunday nights. As long as he doesn't leave any spit on the sound board." (10/6p)
