Happy Walters Surfaces

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO, PART II: One-time Immortal Records boss Happy Walters apparently located that ATM he was looking for in Long Beach. Now an NBA player’s agent, basking in the high-profile $100 million signing of his client Amare Stoudemire to the N.Y. Knicks, Walters is also involved in a little controversy. Another of his clients, former first-round pick Shayne Williams, out of Memphis, made the Knicks’ final 15-man roster over Patrick Ewing Jr., who was waived. After missing some time because of multiple, marijuana-related arrests, Williams’ chances of making the Knicks was deemed a longshot at the start of training. (10/26p)
