WAVE THEM IN: Primary Wave Music has announced a pair of new partnerships to start the new year, inking multi-hyphenate media magnate Scott “DJ Skee” Keeney and fast-rising pop/urban writer/producers Ryan & Smitty, to separate deals. L.A.-based DJ Skee, an established artist, radio personality and executive, has been inked to a management contract, while the West coast production duo of Ryan & Smitty have signed a co-publishing deal, according to GM Justin Shukat. Skee hosts four Sirius/XM radio shows, as well as one on KIIS-FM in L.A. and countless mixtapes from artists such as Snoop Dogg and Travis Barker. Ryan & Smitty burst onto the scene in 2009 with Chris Brown’s “Go Away” and have recently worked with Cymphonique, Mann, Jo Jo and Cody Simpson. (1/11a)
