THE BIEBS GETS MAD: Here's the cover of the next issue of Mad magazine, courtesy of the AP. The Bieb has been everywhere of late, including the cover of Vanity Fair. "That was probably the highlight of his career, and being on the cover of Mad is the lowlight," said Mad Editor in Chief John Ficarra. Looks like a collectors' item to us. (2/9a)
