FB-Skype integration?

TALKING HEADS: Mark Zuckerberg sent the tech blogs scrambling late last week when he said Facebook would have an "awesome" announcement this week, the N.Y. Post noted this morning, filling space in the absence of any actual news. Some speculated that the announcement might just be Facebook's way of responding to the debuting Google+ social networking service. But others concluded that Facebook will announce a video chat service, wherein Skype will be embedded onto the user's profile page—but as the Post notes, these rumors have been going around for the past six months. Naturally, both companies refused to comment on the postings... In related (semi) news, the most followed user on Google+, according to the Google+ Statistics counter, is none other than Zuckie, who's closing in on 30k followers. Google CEO Larry Page hasn't yet hit 20k. (7/5a)
