ROGUES’ GALLERY: ABC has announced the names of the 12 celebs who’ll compete in the for the 13th season of Dancing With the Stars, which kicks off Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. And they are… Ron Artest (pending aka Metta World Peace), Hope Solo, Ricki Lake, Nancy Grace, David Arquette, Chynna Phillips, J.R.
