MORE KUDOS FOR THE CIVIL WARS: Count Bob Seger and Kid Rock as the latest fans of sensibility’s The Civil Wars album, Barton Hollow. Seger has nothing but praise for the duo. “Right now, The Civil Wars song ‘Barton Hollow’ knocks me out,” he said in a teleconference with reporters promoting his greatest hits collection and current tour. The 66-year-old rocker added that his pal Kid Rock is also a fan. "I think we've both said that's our favorite country song of the year," Seger said. He admitted to knowing little about The Civil Wars, but said the tune was on his "wish I'd written that" list. The Americana duo, featuring Joy Willians and John Paul White, are up for Vocal Duo of the Year at tomorrow night’s CMA Awards. (11/8p)
