Jane's, Black Box Hit the Road

ADDICTED TO ESCAPE: Jane’s Addiction are set to hit the road in support of their new Capitol album, The Great Escape Artist, with what they’re calling the “Theatre of the Escapists” tour, designed to bring the band to classic theaters and intimate venues across North America, starting Feb. 22 at the Pageant in St. Louis and ending March 23 at the Eagle Ballroom in Milwaukee. Tickets go on sale Jan. 14 with a pre-sale set for 10 a.m. (ET) tomorrow (1/11). There will be a special package on www.JanesAddiction.com, where fans can pair up their presale ticket with a high-quality, signed lithograph. Opening act is highly touted Belgian garage-rock duo Black Box Revelation, who recently released their debut EP, Shiver of Joy. Stream the entire release on the band's Facebook page here. (1/10p)
