Brit Awards

TRUE BRITS: Adele and Ed Sheeran were the big winners at today’s Brit Awards in London, with two apiece, including British Female Artist and Male Artist, respectively. Adele also pulled down a Best Album award, but her hit, “Someone Like You,” lost out to One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” in the British Single category, while Sheeran pulled down British Breakthrough Act. Other winners included Coldplay (British Group), Bruno Mars (International Male Solo Artist), Rihanna (International Female Solo Artist), Foo Fighters (International Group), Lana Del Rey (International Breakthrough Act), while Blur took home an Outstanding Contribution to Music honor.
