Joanne Sharell Passes
JOANNE SHARELL, beloved wife of music biz vet Jerry F. Sharell, passed away July 25 after a battle with cancer. She is survived by three children, Janine (E! Fashion Police producer), Jerry J. (industry publicist) and Jeffrey (designer), two grandchildren and her husband, who has held posts at Elektra/Asylum, MCA, West-wood One, WEA and Society of Singers. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Aug. 2 at St. Mel Parish in Woodland Hills. (7/29a)
