Lyor/WMG questions

SO MANY QUESTIONS: What does the Cohen void mean for Craig Kallman, Julie Greenwald and Todd Moscowitz? Do Cohen’s loyal lieutenants have key-man clauses? Are Len Blavatnik and Stephen Cooper waiting on Roger Faxon to get in the building before deciding on the fate of these execs? (It’s worth noting that Mike Caren signed a big deal immediately after John Janick announced his departure for Interscope.) In terms of the big picture, is Cohen’s apparent removal an indication that they’re going to sell the entire company, or that they intend to revamp it with an eye on picking up divestitures from UMG-EMI? Does Faxon possible have inside knowledge about Parlophone that could help Blavatnik wind up with it? Most importantly, does this mean the end of Lyor’s starring role in HITS’ animated Airhead cartoon series? (9/25a)
