A HARD RAIN’S GONNA FALL: As the East Coast girds for Hurricane Sandy this morning, multiple concerts due to take place this week were either postponed or canceled, including shows by John Legend, the xx, Trey Anastacio, Brandi Carlile, Grimes, Rita Ora and others. The weather doesn’t seem to have made a dent in sales of Taylor Swift’s Red though, which seems well on its way to topping the million mark its first week in stores, mostly before the storm had a chance to affect business.
