STORM WATCH: The Universal Music, Sony Music, CAA and Primary Wave buildings are all closed today as New York City battens down the hatches in preparation for Hurricane Sandy, which is due to hit this afternoon, with reports of flooding on the East Side already coming in. With mass transit and major bridges and tunnels closed, look for the record labels and most everyone else to remain shut through tomrrow. Let us know about any other closings in anticipation of the Frankenstorm. (10/29p)
