BRIM SHADY: Eminem has come up with an original way to hint that he’ll have an album next year, notes the N.Y. Daily News. The clue is on the new "Eminem tribute baseball cap" celebrating his beloved Detroit Tigers—despite the fact that they got swept in the World series by the S.F. Giants—and sporting a backwards E in the same script and shape of the team's trademark D. On the side of the cap are the words, "world champion" (oops), under which are the years of release of all of Em's solo albums: 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2009 and 2010—followed by 2013. Get it? The cap went on sale Monday through his online store, Eminem.shop.bravadousa.com, in home and away models, for 30 bucks. (10/31a)
