VEVO Launches in France, Italy and

GLOBAL EXPANSION: After launching in the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Brazil, VEVO launched yesterday in Spain, Italy and France. The entertainment network has had a strong presence in each of the three countries for awhile now, but the full VEVO platform, including VEVO.com and the free apps for smartphones and tablets, is now available. Access through Xbox and mobile Web will bow in each new region over the coming weeks. "We are very excited to launch VEVO today inFrance,Spain and Italy,” says SVP International Nic Jones. “We take special pride in offering the best in premium music video programming, grounded in local repertoire to deliver a total music viewing experience across every connected platform.
