Mike Curb Donats $1 Million to Grammy Museum

CURB’S ENTHUSIASM: The Curb Foundation has donated a $1 million gift to the Grammy Museum to support its mission to support educational initiatives, including the Mike Curb Careers in Music Fund, which will increase access to music programs in underprivileged communities and will allow disadvantaged youth the opportunity to engage with music-industry mentors. “The struggle to find your way is a challenge for any youth, and we see that every day here,” said Grammy Museum Executive Director Bob Santelli. “This generous gift will provide resources to disadvantaged students who are interested in pursuing careers in the music industry, as well as reach additional students through our other educational programs.” No word on whether participants will be forced to vote Republican. The Museum will officially rename its fourth floor exhibition space The Mike Curb Gallery, and will commemorate the event with a ribbon cutting Thursday (3/7) at 10:30 a.m. (3/5p)
