CUE THE WINGED MONKEYS: Despite all the earnest tributes in the media since Margaret Thatcher's death, it's probably not a coincidence that "Ding-Dong! The Witch Is Dead" from The Wizard of Oz is currently the #1 overall track at iTunes in the U.K. Which means more Brits are shelling out a pound to hear this 51-second track than any other song.
