Vibe update
VIBE TIME: There's a new face in our Vibe-Raters roundup this week: Capitol's Serena Ryder. The winner of multiple Juno Awards (including a 2013 trophy for Best Adult Alternative Album) is set to make her mark stateside with "Stompa," which is #1 at Triple A for a second week and crossing to Hot AC; Top 40 impact is scheduled for 6/3. If the soulful tune seems familiar, you might've heard it in a Cadillac SRX commercial earlier this year, or in the American Idol opening montage, or on an episode of Grey's Anatomy. Ryder is currently on the road in the U.S., stopping at L.A.'s storied Troubadour on 5/13 and in Chicago on 5/16. Press love has included USA Today, Esquire, Guitar Player, Lucky and Interview.
