#NEWRULES, CONTINUED: We're getting word of last-minute physical pressing of Jay-Z's hotly anticipated Magna Carta Holy Grail—and that product may not reach retail until Monday. Of course, by then the album could already be platinum, according to the RIAA, which just announced a re-Jigga-ing of its rules to accommodate the release. After a long scarcity of mega-sales and certifications, the organization clearly decided it was time to lower the bar.
