Taylor ties record at Staples

RED TOUR WELL IN THE BLACK: Big Machine's Taylor Swift can add another milestone to her list—the most sold-out engagements by a solo artist at L.A.'s Staples Center, the L.A. Times reports. The four downtown shows on her current, Live Nation-presented Red tour bring that total to 11, surpassing Justin Timberlake and Madonna (with whom she was previously tied at seven apiece). Swift is now tied with the group Mana for total sold-out shows at the arena. (8/19p)
