Kimmel to shut down H'wd Blvd for Macca, JT shows

WE SUGGEST TAKING FOUNTAIN: Paul McCartney and Justin Timberlake are going to shut Hollywood down. The two megastars will perform concerts on L.A.'s storied Hollywood Blvd. on 9/23-24 to kick off the new season of Jimmy Kimmel Live, and they'll be shutting down traffic on the street (for the quarter-mile between Sycamore and Highland) in anticipation of an enormous crowd (the ticket link is here; good luck). The Cute Beatle's night comes first, and he'll Kimmel for panel before heading out to play. JT, whose second 20/20 Experience album (RCA) streets 9/30, will also tout his starring role in the new thriller flick Runner Runner (in theaters 10/4); his show is sponsored by Lexus. The episodes will also showcase Kimmel's partnership with MySpace, in which Timberlake has an ownership stake, with both concerts available for streaming online after they air. (9/17p)
