Grammy Nominations Concert Live airdate

THE GRAMMY CALENDAR: That annual TV special with the ungainly title, The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown to Music's Biggest Night, will air live (but not on the West Coast) from the Nokia Theatre in downtown L.A. on Friday, 12/6, at 10 PM. The sixth edition of the CBS show in which the Recording Academy busts out the nominees in the major categories sets up the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, set Sunday, 1/26, from Staples Center. Just 12 more days till the end of the eligibility period on Monday, 9/30, when Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2 and Lorde’s Pure Heroine arrive in the nick of time. (9/18a)
