THE KIDD STAYS IN THE PICTURE: Producer-songwriter/manager Evan "Kidd" Bogart of Boardwalk Entertainment Group has inked a partnership deal with Jack Rovner and Ken Levitan's Vector Management to develop an artist roster. The first two artists signed to the JV are critically admired singer/songwriter ZZ Ward and the band Wallpaper (the latter managed by Bogart and partner Larry Wade); The Boardwalk-Vector HQ will be in Vector's L.A. offices. To celebrate the pact, the partners enlisted publicists to write nice quotes about each other. (9/25p)
