Arcade Fire Bridge School Benefit

TAKE IT TO THE BRIDGE: Arcade Fire is the latest act to join the lineup of this year’s Bridge School Benefit on 10/26-27. Already on board are Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Queens of the Stone Age, My Morning Jacket, Jack Johnson, fun., Heart, Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Diana Krall and Jenny Lewis. The annual concert confab at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in northern California, organized by Neil and Pegi Young, began in 1986; it raises funds to support the school’s innovative curricula for children with speech disorders and other impairments. In addition to the benefit, Arcade Fire have booked shows in L.A. and Miami and teased "secret" Brooklyn gigs in conjunction with CMJ. Their full-length, Reflektor (Merge), streets 10/29. (10/15p)
