Clive on Dave

CHEAP THRILLS: On The Late Show With David Letterman this evening, Dave will welcome the man who invented television, Clive Davis, so set your TiVos (he also invented the DVR). His Cliveness is making an appearance in order to pitch the paperback edition of The Soundtrack of My Life, which hits next Tuesday… Wait, according to a note from Clive’s office, “David Letterman made the request that Mr. Davis appear on his show in that connection,” and it appeared he graciously accepted Dave’s offer.
