AGBW/Xtina Voice

"SOMETHING" ELSE: Black Magnetic/Epic duo A Great Big World will join Christina Aguilera on their single "Say Something" for tonight's installment of NBC's smash music competition The Voice. The recorded version of the duet can be purchased on iTunes and on the pair's album, Is There Anybody Out There, available for pre-order now. The VEVO clip above offers the backstory of the collaboration and footage from the studio. "'Say Something' has encouraged an outpouring of emotion online, generating a genuine catharsis," says Aguilera. "So often the Internet can become a hotbed for negativity; A Great Big World have turned it into a place of solace and inspiration." The song made an initial splash during a performance on So You Think You Can Dance; AGBW's "This Is the New Year" was performed on Glee and achieved multiple TV placements. Last night's Voice reached a staggering 11.5m viewers. (11/5p)
