MSG wants $300m+ for Fuse

DOLAN’S OUTSIDE SHOT: MSG is looking to score north of $300m for Fuse, whose annual ad revenue is estimated at just $18.9m, causing at least one bidder to balk at the price tag, the New York Post reports. Several media companies have kicked the tires since then, while at least one has lost interest, sources told Claire Atkinson. CBS, which is looking to grow its cable entertainment portfolio, is thought to be a likely buyer, although sources said it hasn’t made a move yet. So it looks like MSG boss Jim Dolan has some ’splainin’ to do to interested parties. Maybe Dolan should guarantee he’ll get the 300 large for the music channel. On Sunday, During a JD and the Straight Shot performance following the Spurs’ massacre of his Knicks, Dolan said, “We're going to win the next game, that's a guarantee.” Final score of last night’s game: Knicks 95, Hawks 91. (11/14a)
