BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED: We’re picking up good vibrations from a pair of left-of-center Columbia bands, as Broken Bells and Foster the People make their Vibe-Raters debuts behind the insanely catchy lead singles “Holding On for Life” and “Coming of Age” from their respective upcoming albums. Also making its initial appearance this week is Republic’s Phantogram, as Modern Rock radio and hipster media “Fall in Love” with the New York-based electro/rock duo.
