Mosco's new crib

A LONG WAY FROM THERMOPYLAE: As the #2 warrior in Lyor Cohen’s start-up The 300, you might expect Todd Moscowitz to be Spartan in his needs, perhaps subletting a quaint fifth-floor walk-up on the Lower East Side with the bathtub in the living room. But according to a recent piece in the New York Observer, Mosco has in fact gone to the other extreme. His latest real estate transaction, Prime Manhattan agent Robert Danker revealed to the paper, involves the acquisition of a three-bedroom, 2400-square-foot condo at 345 West 13th Street, for the price of $4.56 million. “There’s not a lot that is comparable,” said Danker, who repped the sellers. The condo features 10-foot ceilings, a rooftop garden and an interior courtyard garden, which, as the agent put it, lends the property “almost a European feel. The brick archways almost look like the entrance to a wine cellar. This place has tremendous bones and a lot of character.”Danker added that Moscowitz practically stole his new crib, snapping it up for the bargain price of just $1900 per square foot.
