Lady Gaga Closes the Roseland

THAT'S ALL, FOLKS: At the end of a seven-night residency, Interscope's Lady Gaga aided in the final closing of NYC's beloved Roseland Ballroom. The venue was filled with makeshift fire escapes, a subway car and a whole lotta rose petals. She opened the night with "Born This Way" and stated, "everybody is here for one reason—to say goodbye to this beautiful fantasy." She closed with a dance party to her current single "G.U.Y." The historic Roseland has been hosting events since 1919; it's spent 56 of those years at its current spot on W. 52nd Street with that massive, quarter-acre dance floor, perfect for Mother Monster's art-party mentality. Before saying goodnight, Gaga puked roses all over the audience, while being puked on by others also being puked on. Just kidding...or are we? (4/9a)
