Broadcasters tease

FORESHADOWING: In the latest feature from our Spotlight on Nashville issue, Bud Scoppa talks with three leading broadcasters: Clear Channel’s Clay Hunnicutt, SiriusXM The Highway PD John Marks and CMT SVP of Music Strategy Leslie Fram. While Clay and John have spent their careers in Country radio, Leslie was known as “the First Lady of Modern Rock” before changing horses…er, formats…three years ago. “It must have been a sign when Matt Pinfield and I put Brad Paisley on our rock morning show in New York for an hour,” she recalls with a laugh. These three Country-media stars were happy to shoot the shit with Bud—representing a rare misstep in each of their stellar careers. (7/8p)
