Round Hill inks Wind-up

DONE DEAL: Indie pubco Round Hill Music has inked a worldwide admin agreement with Wind-up Records covering the label’s current publishing catalog, including The Griswolds, Strange Talk and Civil Twilight, all of which are signed to the label, as well as such publishing clients as Bayside, Cartel, Company of Thieves, Hawthorne Heights and Thriving Ivory. Founded by Josh Gruss in 2010, Round Hill has exclusive worldwide pub deals with such acts as Marti Frederiksen, Wade Kirby, Tatu and American Authors, while also handling the Bush catalog. (7/25a)
