Tove Lo

WE LOVE "DRUGS": Island's buzzing pop rebel Tove Lo has unleashed the  official video to her sophomore single "Not On Drugs," and it's a trippy good time, man. The video was released along with an album announcement, revealing its title, Queen of the Clouds, and its drop date, 9/30. FYI, the vid for her breakout smash "Habits (Stay High)" is already over 13m views. Now, back to the pretty colors. (8/21p)
