U.K. R&B Phenom and Florida-based YouTube Sensation Feel Vibe Heat
U.K. Indian R&B sensation Jay Sean and Florida-based YouTube phenom Priscilla Renea debut this week on HITS' Vibe-Raters chart round-up of the hottest new and developing artists.
The latest artist to emerge from the Cash Money/Universal Republic stable, Jay Sean's "Down" featuring Lil Wayne is #1 at Pop, #2 Crossover and ready to cross to Urban, with the album, All or Nothing, coming out Nov. 23.
