*President International Labels JF Cecillon is a holdover from the previous Alain Levy-David Munns regime, where he was CEO of EMI Music International.
*COO International Labels and Group CFO Chris Roling was SVP at ICI, handling procurement and logistics and CFO at Getty Images, the photo library, before leaving to join Seattle-based technology company, Aventail.
*SVP Artist Relations Caryn Tomlinson, who joined EMI in 2002, came to the record group from Marathon Music, where she worked with Mick Jagger on his solo career.
*Mark Hodgkinson, new EVP Global Marketing, was formerly CEO of Virgin Money, the fastest-growing privately owned company in the U.K.
*EVP Artist Projects David Kassler, an operational managing director at Terra Firma, was a senior executive for seven years at Bass PLC, where operational roles included Marketing Director in the Czech Republic; and CEO of Barbox, a food and drink wholesaler to the British pub sector.
*Mike Clasper, the EVP Marketing Sales & Ops, as well as head of IT, was previously chief exec of BAA, the world’s leading airports group, and President of Global Homecare at Proctor & Gamble.
*Stephen Alexander, a former Allied Domecq executive, is now EVP Studios & Archives.
