CCR REALLY LIKES RAHILLY

Company Vet Replaces Kitchin as Prexy of Syndication Powerhouse Premiere
Clear Channel Radio announced this morning that Charlie Rahilly has been promoted to President of Premiere Radio Networks, the industry’s top syndicator. He is currently an EVP for operations at Clear Channel Radio.

Rahilly replaces co-founder Kraig Kitchin, who leaves the company after an enormously successful tenure. Kitchin will stay with the company for a suitable transition period; Rahilly will assume his new duties as of July 11.

Said CCR President/CEO John Hogan: "Clear Channel is fortunate to have someone of Charlie's caliber take on this important role. Charlie is a consummate professional of extraordinary experience, intelligence and talent. His track record is one of the best in the industry. He has led many of Clear Channel Radio's most strategic and successful markets and projects, and I am confident that he will have the same positive effect at Premiere. Our thanks go to Kraig Kitchin for his leadership of this important and successful business. We wish him all the best in his new pursuits."

According to Rahilly, "One of the best parts of my current responsibilities has been collaborating with the Premiere team. Together with everyone at this great company, we will continue to build on Premiere's leadership in providing the highest quality programming and the most innovative advertising solutions to national advertisers. I thank everyone currently and formerly associated with Premiere and know that the company will continue to be America's #1 radio network.”

Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications, syndicates 90 radio programs and services to more than 4,600 radio affiliations and reaches over 190 million listeners weekly. Premiere programming features such on-air personalities as Rush Limbaugh, Jim Rome, Casey Kasem, Ryan Seacrest, Glenn Beck, Steve Harvey, Whoopi Goldberg, Maria Bartiromo, Donald Trump and Bob Costas. Premiere is based in beautiful downtown Sherman Oaks, with 13 offices nationwide.
