MILAN, LICENSEMUSIC
INK ONLINE DEAL

Finally, The Works Of Guys Named Nacho And Pimpi Are More Widely Available
Soundtrack/film score label Milan Entertainment has partnered with LicenseMusic.com in an attempt to hip the online community to the company's catalog.

As part of the non-exclusive deal, Milan will provide access to their catalog of soundtracks, film scores and artists like Nick Wood, Nacho Sotomayor and Pimpi Arroyo.

"This is a great opportunity for Milan to pair with the leader in Internet music licensing, offering potential exposure of our vast catalog within the framework of a business-to-business and end-to-end platform," said Milan President/COO Russell Ziecker. "It affords us a chance to give new life to titles which have long been cut out or deleted from the commercial racks, or those which, while creatively interesting, never connected with a large audience."

Questioners question what use the scores to "Ghost" and TV's "Frasier," among others, could have to future productions, but that really doesn't matter to this love-filled release.

"The name Milan has always been synonymous with quality music, whether it be the finest soundtrack recordings, the most acclaimed composers of the modern era," said John Schuch, Senior VP, A&R for LicenseMusic.com.
