Stacy Kreisberg has been named VP, Business & Legal Affairs for Jimmy and Doug's Farmclub.com.
Kreisberg will be responsible for overseeing the convergence-media music company's business legal matters regarding "Farmclub.com," the one-hour music television series on USA Network, the Farmclub.com record label and the www.farmclub.com Web site.
Formerly VP, Business & Legal Affairs at A&M Records, Kreisberg joined that label in 1995 and was involved in all aspects of the record company's business and legal affairs department. With the acquisition of A&M's parent, PolyGram, by Universal Music Group, she briefly joined UMG's MCA Records in winter 2000 before leaving the company to give birth to twins.

Since mid-1998, Linietsky had been Senior Director, Business Development, for Universal eLabs, the Internet strategy arm of the Universal Music Group.
In his new role, Linietsky will be responsible for negotiations involving strategic alliance deals, partnerships, content acquisition and distribution as well as contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.
