VIDNET NETS SONY VIDS

Entertainment Boulevard Subsidiary Signs Agreement With Sony Music
Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. signed an agreement with Sony Music Entertainment Inc. which will allow the company to stream new release videos from Sony Music labels--including Columbia, Epic and Sony Music Nashville--on its Vidnet.com site.

“Sony Music is always on the lookout for new ways to reach as many music fans as possible, and Vidnet is a great venue for showcasing our artists’ videos,” said Epic Records Group VP Online & Emerging Technologies Jim McDermott.

Sony has already penned similar agreements with a number of sites including ARTISTdirect, Launch Media, Listen.com, Spinner.comand Exactis.

“We’re thrilled to add new release music videos from Sony Music label artists to the list of those comprising the content of our site,” said Entertainment Boulevard CEO Stephen Brown. “The addition of these music videos brings our selection to a whole new level. Of course, I'm too busy with my new Playstation 2 to care.”
