Longtime music biz exec Randy Miller is appointed Senior Vice President of Marketing for Jive Records by Sr. VP/GM Tom Carrabba. Miller was previously GM for Sire Records. Prior to that, he was GM/Exec VP Marketing for MCA,VP Artist Development/Marketing for RCA and waterboy for the New York Giants. Cable ad exec David Kohl is named Executive Vice President Advertising Sales for Jimmy and Doug's Farmclub.com. Previously VP Online Advertising Sales & New Media for Comedy Central, Kohl will oversee ad sales for both the Farmclub.com Web site and the weekly USA Network television series.
