BMG'S DOUBLE-BARRELED #1
8/24/17

BMG has landed its first simultaneous Nashville #1s on the label and publishing sides. BBR Music Group's Lindsay Ell landed atop the Country albums chart with her The Project (Stoney Creek Records). Ell is only the second female solo act to bow atop that chart in 2017. Meanwhile, BMG songwriter Tebey Ottoh, who co-wrote Justin Moore's "Somebody Else Will," is celebrating that song's ascent to #1 on the Country radio chart. Zach Katz, Jon Loba, Kos Weaver and teams are currently filling a kiddie pool with bourbon in celebration.
